HAVE YOU ALREADY PURCHASED an AJ-HPX2000 camera, AJ- HPX3000 camera or an AJ-HPM100 or AJ-HPM110 Mobile recorder/player authorized Panasonic Systems Reseller or Specialty Reseller? You can attend this workshop for free by filling out our online application. We do require you fill out this application 30 days or more before the workshop, if you do qualify by having purchased theAJ-HPX2000 camera, AJ- HPX3000 camera or an AJ-HPM100 Mobile recorder/player, but it is less than 30 days to the workshop you are requesting you must pay for the workshop and you will receive a refund in 30 days.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your attendance in the workshop, and can cancel 30 days prior to the start date, we will refund your tuition less a $125.00 administration fee.

If you must cancel fewer than 30 days before the start of the Workshop, we will refund 50% of your tuition. Alternately, you may transfer to another HD EXPO workshop for full credit (one transfer per student per calendar year). Refunds or exchanges must be settled prior to the start of the workshop.

In the rare event HD EXPO must cancel a workshop, we will notify you 15 days prior to the start of the workshop and will either transfer your registration to another workshop of equal value, or refund the full amount of your tuition. In the event of a cancellation, HD EXPO is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses.

Meals:
HD EXPO offers snacks and a catered lunch during a workshop. Please inform us of any food concerns prior to the start of the workshop so we may accommodate you.

Photography:
By attending an HD EXPO workshop, you agree to be photographed, filmed or recorded on tape, and allow us to use your image in any manner or media for the purpose of advertising and promotion, without compensation, further notice or consent.

If you would like to record the workshop using any media, you must receive written permission prior to the commencement of the workshop by contacting HD EXPO at info@hdexpo.com, or 818.842.6611.

Travel and Accommodations:
Travel and accommodations are the sole responsibility of the attendee. As a courtesy, and where possible, HD EXPO will assist with recommendations and discounted rates.

Auditing of Workshops:
We have many participants that join us for workshop as a “refresher” for a second time. HD EXPO Workshops offers a 30% discount for all workshop graduates to audit a workshop. For further information, contact us at (818) 842-6611.
