  Hargrove, Inc. is pleased to be the Official Service Contractor for the HD EXPO - Los Angeles, to be held October 29-30 at the Burbank Marriott. In conjunction with Show Management, we have produced a Web-accessible Exhibitor Service Manual. NOTE: To view the Furniture & Accessories and/or Material Handling & Labor price lists, you will need to enter the show password when prompted - please contact Jen Kroo for your password if you lost your welcome email from Hargrove.

Load-In/Load-Out Information
You have three options for loading in your freight and booth materials.

Option One: The Exhibitor Loading Dock/ Freight Entrance is the best place for Exhibitors who do not require assistance and who are COMPLETELY SELF SUFFICIENT to unload their booth materials and quickly place them in their booth. This Loading Entrance is on a first come first serve basis. Cars/trucks will be given a number when they arrive; they will then be allowed to parked there for 15 MINUTES ONLY. Be sure to bring someone with you to help unload your vehicle and monitor your booth items while you park your car. There will be staff monitoring the area. For those who will be using this option please be aware that due to ongoing construction on the hotel premises there is no on site storage. Please be prepared to remove all empty boxes /cases after you have set your booth.

**Note that this is not a formal loading dock as it is ground level. It is however what we, at HDEXPO, call the Exhibitor Loading dock/Freight Entrance – be sure that your vehicle has a lift gate if necessary. There will be no labor assistance, dollies, or hand carts provided at this entrance.

Option Two: Park your car in the lot and hand carry your items onto the show floor through the same door above, i.e. the Exhibitor Freight Entrance. See the parking instructions below for rates and times.

Option Three: If you have a large truck that must come through the loading dock, there is a dock behind the Exhibit hall. Hargrove Inc. will be working the dock area. They are available for a fee to assist unloading your truck. By using this dock you will be paying for drayage services. Please refer to the Hargrove Exhibitor Manual for the rates that will apply for this service.

Tuesday, October 28th 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, October 29th 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
All exhibits must be fully installed by Wednesday, October 29th, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. This will
be strictly enforced.

Thursday, October 30th 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Move-Out
